Yes in order to play the golf you do need to pay the £5 membership fee. This is a lifetime card and a one time purchase.
Yes of course! Bigshots Golf is for everyone. Under 18s are welcome from opening to 8PM.

The nearest station to us is Northwick Park (Metropolitan line). However, we are also closely located to Harrow-On-The-Hill (Metropolitan line) and South Kenton (Bakerloo line and London Overground).
Yes, we have parking! Parking is available onsite for all our customers. Please register inside when you arrive to avoid a fine from the carpark management company.
We welcome any type of smart casual dress, and love a fancy dress costume! but all we ask for is that it is not offensive to other guests. Golf attire is welcome however you might prefer a more relaxed look.
If you would like to purchase alcohol or are visiting after 8PM then yes ID will be required, especially if you’re lucky enough to look under 25!
If you are going to be 15 minutes late don’t worry about calling us, just get here safely. If you’re going to be over 30 minutes late, please call to let reception know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
We allow 1 hour for a game.
Comfortable shoes are best, sports shoes or trainers will be easiest to move around in but as long as you can stand and play safely you can wear what you prefer. High heels are not recommended and are worn at your own risk.
You don’t need to be an athlete to play at BigShots Golf. If you are of moderate fitness and in good health then our game should be within your capability. If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of flu please stay home to protect the health of our other guests. If you have an injury or health condition, we would advise that you consult a doctor before attending. Playing the game will be at your own risk.

Unfortunately, we cannot take any responsibility for guests’ personal belongings either in the restaurant, during gameplay or during events. All items are brought onsite at the owners own risk.
The cost per bay during off peak is £20 and then peak is £40 a bay. It does not matter if you have 1 or 6 people, the cost still remains the same. On top of that we also have a £5 per person lifetime membership fee.
The maximum per bay is 6, we don’t have a minimum!
Please give us a call and let us know ASAP. We will try and accommodate you as much as we can but during busy periods this might not always be possible.
For regular golf bookings from 1-18 people, we have a 72 hours refund policy. For any larger bookings or events, it is 2 weeks. However, due to uncertain times this is something that we will monitor.
Booking online can only be made up to 12 hours before your visit. If you wish to book later than this window, please call our sales team on 020 4538 8191 and they will fit you in! We can’t make same day bookings but please feel free to walk in and if we have space to accommodate you, we will!

Please check your spam mail. If after 24 hours you still haven’t received a booking confirmation, please call our sales team to confirm you are booked in.
No, you do not need to print your ticket. You can show your phone on arrival, and your name will be on our system if you have received a booking confirmation.
You can cancel your booking up to 72 hours ahead by calling our sales team. If you need to reschedule after that time, we will do our best to accommodate any alteration of date or time but cannot guarantee that we can fit you in to your new preferred date.
If you cancel on the day you will lose your deposit. Please respect our team and other guests and call us if you can’t make it. If you let us know in advance we may be able to reschedule. If you don’t call you will lose your deposit altogether.
Absolutely. Please contact our events team here (click through to enquiry form) and we will help you plan any special occasion, party or event.

Unfortunately no, there’s no need – we have our own delicious onsite restaurant and café!
As we have our own onsite restaurant and cater fully for all parties we ask that you do not bring any of your own food. We can provide you a cake for a kids or adult party.
Absolutely. We cater for all dietary requirements. Please ask a member of our team if you are unsure about any item on the menu and please ensure that you let us know in advance if you have any allergies or intolerances so that we can cater for you on arrival. NB Peanuts and nuts are used in our cooking so we cannot ever guarantee that our kitchen is a nut free environment.
The safety of our guests and staff is our main priority. We are working to government guidelines to make sure everyone stays safe with extra measures put in place. Our bays naturally encourage social distancing and we have a large space.
