Big Shots Golf is all about having fun and we don’t want to have lots of rules that stop this happening. However, to ensure that all our guests have a great time and are kept safe, we do require you to adhere to the following terms and conditions when attending the venue:
Your health and wellbeing is of paramount importance to us. In the interests of everyone’s enjoyment and safety, all members of your party are required expected to behave responsibly throughout the duration of their visit to the venue.
The management of Bigshots Golf reserves the right to decline to honour a booking and/or eject from the premises any attendee who is seen to be drunk or under the influence of drugs; behaving in a violent, disruptive or irresponsible manner; causing a nuisance to others; or responsible for the commissioning of a criminal or civil offence.
Bays are intended for use by a maximum party of six. If you have more than six people in your party you will be required to purchase additional bays as required. The management of Bigshots Golf reserves the right to remove members of your party if they exceed the capacity requirements.
Whilst playing, attendees are required to stay within their bays. Golf clubs are not to be used in any corridor or any other spaces other than within the bay.
BSG reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse admission to the venue and may conduct security searches on entry.
All attendees are permitted to use BSG bays, facilities and equipment solely at their own risk. Those present at the venue must comply with any instructions given by staff co-ordinating activities taking place at the venue or in relation to health and safety or security matters.
All attendees must take responsibility for the safeguarding of their personal belongings whilst present at the venue. BSG cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to an individual’s clothing or personal belongings.
Please make every effort to ensure your party arrives on time for your first scheduled round of golf, allowing additional time in case of adverse weather, disruption to public transport or parking. Parties should plan to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled start time. If you will arrive within 10 minutes of your booking there is no need to contact us. If you are running more than 15 minutes late then please contact our reception team and they will try to accommodate your booking, though this is not guaranteed and may be subject to delay. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late you are likely to lose your booking and no refunds will be provided.
BSG operates a 72h cancelation policy for reservations for parties with less than 18 guests. If you cancel less then 72 hours in advance of your booking no refund will be offered save in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the management. If cancelling more than 72 hours in advance you will be able to reschedule your booking. If your reservation is for more than 18 guests and you wish to reschedule or cancel, please contact the events team.
We welcome any type of dress, even fancy dress costumes. All we ask for is that you do not wear anything that could cause offense to others at the venue.
Golf attire is very welcome however you might prefer more of a smart casual look.
The activities you will be engaging in will be physical in nature and there are stairs on site. Sensible shoes are therefore recommended and high heels are at your own risk!
The management have put in place safety measures on site to safeguard against the risks of COVID. Please respect the rules which are clearly displayed on site and follow any protocols as advised. Masks are preferable and advised for use indoors. Management reserves the right to deny you entry or ask you to leave the premises if you fail to follow safety advice.
Children aged under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult and are only permitted on site up until 7 pm.

All competitions run via this website or the Company’s associated social media platforms are created and executed for marketing purposes. By complying with the conditions of the competition you agree to these terms and conditions and authorise us to use your details on our social media channels. All winners of competitions are chosen randomly using software and are final. No player has the right to question, appeal or otherwise challenge the results of the competitions. No cash prizes are offered and winners of competitions may not exchange their prize for a cash equivalent.

You may terminate this Terms and Conditions Agreement, immediately without notice to Bigshots, at any time by discontinuing your use of the Site, and your use of any information you have obtained from the Site. Certain areas within this Site, may be governed by additional terms and conditions (“Additional Terms”) presented in conjunction with those areas. You must agree to these Additional Terms before using those areas. The Additional Terms and this Terms and Conditions Agreement both apply. If any clause or provision set forth in this Terms and Conditions Agreement is determined to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under present or future law, the clause or provision shall be deemed to be deleted without affecting the enforceability of all remaining clauses or provisions.
This BigShots Site is operated by BigShots (Northwick Park) Limited. BigShots makes no representation that the information in this Site is appropriate or available for use outside of the United Kingdom, and access to this Site from territories where the content of the Site may be illegal is prohibited. This English-language version of the Terms and Conditions are BigShots’s official agreement with users of this Site. In case of any inconsistency between this English-language Terms and Conditions Agreement and its translation into another language, this English-language document shall control.
